Returns & Refunds Policy
At Socofo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please review our returns and refunds policy below for details.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags and labels are still attached.
- The item is not marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
We will extend our return period to 60 days over the Christmas period. For any gifts please make sure they are returned by 31st Jan.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [support@socofo.com](mailto:support@socofo.com) with your order referance and the reason for the return, let us know you’ll be sending this back.
- Post Your Return To: Socofo. 4 Vanguard Court, Sleaford, Lincs, NG34 7WL. Important: Include your order reference - without this we may not be able to refund your order.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) and ship it using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will:
- Inspect the condition of the items.
- Process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
- Notify you via email once the refund has been issued.
*Please note*: Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
